Ranch Policies

• Trophy hunts are 3 day/ 2 night stays
• Trophy hunts include the following: 5 Star lodging meals & drinks, guided hunts and skinning of trophy
• All hunts will be booked upon receiving a non-refundable deposit of 25%. The deposit includes lodging fees.
• The lodging fee is $150/day per hunter and $200/day per non-hunting guest.
• When a trophy animal is taken, the deposit will be deducted from the trophy fee. If no blood is drawn, then the remainder of the deposit will be returned less the lodging fee.
• Any blood drawn is considered a kill and full price must be paid on the guides estimated score.
• We will give our best effort to recover all animals.
